Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, West Side High School is currently closed.

Remote Learning began on Monday, March 23, 2020.
There will be no school for students or staff Thursday April 9th and Friday April 10th.
There will be Remote Learning the entire week of April 13 through 17, 2020.
Students will receive an email to their West Side email accounts with information about how to access their schedules and find the remote programs for their classes. Everything is also linked below.
We will continue to send out phone and text messages to our West Side HS Community, post updates here on our website, and share updates via our social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
**Need technology to do online work? Please complete the NYC DOE Remote Learning Device Request Survey to request a tablet. You can find the survey at https://coronavirus.schools.nyc/RemoteLearningDevices Once completed the DOE will provide you with next steps. You may also call 718-935-5100 and choose option 5.**
Students who are over 18 should bring their school ID to free meals sites (link below to find local sites). You are able to take up to three meals, and parents can pick up meals for children. If you have any trouble accessing meals, call the school at 646-481-4001. West Side will not have meals available. Free meals sites closest to our school are Booker T Washington, 103 W. 107th St and PS 163, 163 W. 97th St.
