STUDENTS, please follow these STEPS for the Scantron Assessment Tools:

1. Copy SITE ID: 49-9098-4767

2. Click READING link

3. Enter SITE ID, if asked.

4. Enter your OSIS number (9 DIGIT ID NUMBER ON YOUR ID CARD), click NEXT

5. Take assessment tool.

6. When done take the MATH assessment tool and follow same procedure as in step 4.

7. DO NOT TAKE THE LANGUAGE ARTS ASSESSMENT TOOL.
